My name is Lefteris Morits, founder of AREVIA.

My background combines experience across financial services, regulatory projects, operational improvement, data analysis, and business transformation. Before founding AREVIA, I gained experience across respected financial and professional services organisations, including EY, PwC, BNY Mellon, and Skipton Building Society.

Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to turn complex requirements into clear, practical, and structured solutions. My work has involved supporting change, improving processes, analysing data, and helping teams work more effectively in regulated and fast-moving environments.

Through AREVIA, I bring this experience into a more personal and accessible consultancy model. My aim is to support individuals, hosts, and small businesses who want to improve how they operate, present themselves, and grow.

My approach is practical, thoughtful, and tailored to each client. Whether I am supporting a new Airbnb host, helping a small business organise its processes, or guiding someone through the early stages of an idea, I focus on creating simple structures that make things easier, clearer, and more professional.
